Modelli di governance a confronto tra realtà pubbliche e private: prime considerazioni

Lidia D'Alessio

Abstract

The paper focuses on the defining features that characterise models of governance in public and private sector organizations. The aim of the analysis is to delineate the cultural and structural specifications that underpin the strategies devised for synergizing the roles and commitments proper to the administrative bodies constituting the diverse models of governance envisaged by current legislation.

The study/concludes with a critique on the so-called dual model of governance in force in Institutes of Welfare and National Insurance, in an effort to engender a review process of this specific model.
